We Asked, You Answered: Where is the Best Sushi in Diamond Bar?
Many readers shared their picks for the city's best sushi.
Several readers responded to this week’s Question of the Week, sharing where they think the best sushi in Diamond Bar can be found.
JORDANS vote went to Kyala, and Liz Romero and Bernie chose Sushi Koyo.
“Chef Hiro goes to [the] fish market in downtown L.A. early in the morning when most of us are still sleeping and picks the freshest fish,” Bernie wrote. “Kyala is a close 2nd. Yoshi also puts his heart and soul into his business and ensure[s] best quality.”
“Hiro hand picks his fish and never uses distributors,” Liz Romero wrote. “The quality of his fish is above all others.”
Not everyone had a favorite place, though. Tommy Cheng wrote that he is “disappointed with the sushi in Diamond Bar, but I admit that I am a bit of a sushi snob.”
On Facebook, Christin Kathleen Slavin Wheatley and Gina Rivera said that Bobby Sushi is the best, while Cindy Yee and Ann Jordan voted for Kyala.
Ramon Gonzales wrote that Misora is best, adding, “Try the Heart Attack roll and leave room for the Banana Tempura ice cream.”
